Contract Employee

TOTAL SALARY:
•    Ages 23–25: ¥259,000
•    Ages 26 and above: ¥273,000 (Includes fixed overtime allowance)
Base Salary:
•    Ages 23–25: ¥210,000
•    Ages 26 and above: ¥222,000
Fixed Overtime Allowance:
•    Ages 23–25: ¥49,000
•    Ages 26 and above: ¥51,000 (For 30 hours; any excess will be fully compensated)
Probation Period: None

Annual Salary:
•    Ages 23–25: ¥3,530,000 and above
•    Ages 26 and above: ¥3,720,000 and above
★ 9 days off per month
★ Upon passing the Specified Skilled Worker (Type 2) exam, employment will be converted to a full-time position
★ Contract renewal once per year
★ For hotel-based locations, working hours are from 5:00 to 24:00 due to morning service availability
