A. Total Salary: ¥250,000 and above (For up to 30 hours of overtime per month)
B. Total Salary: ¥264,596 (If working an average of 40 overtime hours per month)
C. Total Salary: ¥293,787 (For those who want to earn more, working up to 60 overtime hours per month)
→ Base Salary: ¥202,000
→ Fixed Overtime Pay: ¥48,000 (For 30 hours) ※Full payment for any excess and late-night work.
→ Monthly Prescribed Working Hours: 173 hours
→ Average Monthly Overtime: 40 hours
Probation Period: 2 months (No change in salary)

•    Annual Income Example: ¥3,400,000 and above!!! (Based on an average of 40 overtime hours per month)
