Salary: ¥241,000 and above
Annual Income: ¥3,651,600 and above (Equivalent to ¥304,300 per month)
•    Bonus: Equivalent to 2 months of base salary per payment
Base Salary: ¥211,000
Other Salary Information:
•    Presumed overtime pay for 20 hours: ¥30,000 (Full payment for any excess)
Probation Period: 2 months

Additional Notes:
•    Employees can return home for Lunar New Year (many past cases, some taking 2–3 weeks off).
•    Average monthly overtime: 25–30 hours.
•    In times when employees couldn't return home, the CEO has sent traditional sweets from their home country as gifts.
•    Bonus payments have always been issued, even during the COVID-19 pandemic.
•    Salary increase of ¥23,000 possible in as little as 1 year.
•    Many foreign employees from Vietnam, Nepal, Myanmar, etc.
