Total Salary: ¥230,000～ = Base Salary ¥220,000 (Hourly Wage ¥1,310 × 168h) + Sales Allowance ¥10,000 (Includes 6.11 hours of fixed overtime)
★ Average Overtime: Around 35 hours (Includes 6.11 hours)
※ Rough Estimate: ¥1,310 × 1.25 × 29 (35 - 6) = approx. ¥47,000 + ¥230,000 = ¥277,000
※ Overtime exceeding the fixed overtime hours will be compensated separately.
Base Salary: ¥220,000
•    Salary Increase: Available every 3 months (based on ability and quarterly performance evaluation).
•    Bonus: Available (Twice a year, in July and December)
※ July bonus is based on performance from December to May, and December bonus is based on performance from June to November.
※ Total annual bonus payout is approximately 1.4 months of salary (based on last year’s performance). Actual amount depends on company performance.
※ Prorated bonus may apply depending on the joining date and evaluation.

  ※7月分は12月～5月、12月分は6月～11月での業績評価で年二回合計で1.4か月分支給(昨年実績による。今年は業績による。※入社時期や評価によって日割りも有り。
