店舗運営に係るすべての業務・調理業務、仕込み、ホール業務・売上金管理、食材管理・店舗の衛生管理・スタッフの育成、シフトの管理・店舗の経営戦略の立案・店舗の売上を高める企画立案など店舗運営に関わる業務を幅広くお任せいたします。個人の経験・能力にもよりますが、1年から2年で店長になるケースがほとんどです。日本全国各地でご活躍いただき、その後はご自身のキャリアパスによっては海外勤務も視野にお願いしたいと考えています。セントラルキッチンで事前に下準備された食材を利用しているので、調理経験がない方でも問題ありません

Full-time Employee

Annual Salary System
■ Annual Income: ¥3,643,200 and above
■ Monthly Salary: ¥313,600 and above (Nationwide Transfer Required)
■ Global Allowance: ¥　28,600 (Nationwide Transfer Required)
■ Incentives: Paid 4 times a year after 6 months of employment
Probation Period: 3 months (No change in salary during the probation period)

Sales Incentive System (4 times a year, applicable only to the sales department, excluding the Inaba Udon Group)
• Incentive amounts are determined based on quarterly store rankings.
• Rankings are calculated based on sales performance, cost, labor expenses, budget achievement, safety, hygiene, incident complaints, and management deficiencies.
• Incentive amounts vary by position, with a maximum annual incentive of ¥1,000,000.
Incentive (Company Stock Ownership ESOP) System

• 2022 & 2023 Actual Bonus: ¥200,000 – ¥1,000,000

年俸制／■年収3,643,200円～／月額313,600円～（全国転勤あり）
グローバル手当　28,600　（全国転勤あり）
+入社半年以降から、インセンティブ（年4回）が支給されます
【試行雇用期間】3か月（試用期間中の給与の変更なし）

※四半期毎の店舗ランキングにより、インセンティブ単価が決まります。
※ランキングは、売上高、原価、人件費などの店舗予算の達成状況、安全衛生、事故クレーム、管理不備の件数などにより、算出します。
※職位により、インセンティブ単価が決まっており、年間で最大100万円のインセンティブ金額です。
インセンティブ(自社株保有ESOP)制度決算賞与（※業績による）　
※2022年度、2023年度実績20万～100万の決算賞与の実績あり。
