You will start by managing the store as the manager. Salary◎ Recruitment for Store Manager Position Total Amount: 300,000 yen and up Base Salary Kyoto/Hyogo: 215,425 yen Osaka: 226,704 yen (Average monthly prescribed working hours: 191 hours) Fixed Overtime Allowance Kyoto/Hyogo: Fixed overtime for 51 hours, 84,575 yen Osaka: Fixed overtime for 42 hours, 73,296 yen (Full payment for any overtime exceeding the fixed hours) Salary increase available (twice a year) Bonus available (twice a year, performance bonus depending on financial results) No retirement allowance Full transportation expenses covered Average monthly overtime: 40–50 hours Company housing available (considering the applicant’s preference) *Salary during the 2-month probation period is as follows: Total amount: 289,000 yen Kyoto/Hyogo: Base salary 215,880 yen + fixed overtime for 44 hours 73,120 yen Osaka: Base salary 226,289 yen + fixed overtime for 36 hours 62,711 yen (Full payment for any overtime exceeding the fixed hours)
