[Trial employment period] 3 months * There is a possibility of assignment outside the desired area. For example, those who wish to work in Gifu will not be assigned to Tokyo, but those who wish to work in Kichijoji may be assigned to Shinjuku. ■ Average monthly overtime: 20 to 30 hours ■ Transportation expenses paid for face-to-face interviews (residents of Tokyo and three surrounding prefectures) ■ New Year allowance (10,000 yen per day from December 31 to January 3) or special New Year holiday ■ Position allowance ■ Meals provided ■ Bonus (incentive system): commission paid monthly based on store sales profit (actual results: 5,000 to 17,000 yen per person) ■ Employee evaluation system: evaluations every 3 months / raises as needed: 15,000 to 20,000 yen & promotions ■ Award system ■ 100,000 yen for 10 years of continuous service ■ Monthly bonus system: ・Gold Star (120% or more of budget): 50,000 yen per store ・Silver Star (110% or more of budget): 20,000 yen per store, etc. → Paid to stores (shared among employees) ・Visa renewal costs are borne by the employee.
