Salary

Full-time Employee or Contract Employee
• Contract employees are limited to a specific facility and cannot be transferred.
• Full-time employees will be transferred within the same prefecture at a minimum. Some areas do not allow prefecture-limited assignments.
Salary Details
• Base Salary: 189,000 JPY (includes an allowance of 29,000 JPY)
• Fixed Overtime (30 hours): 42,450 JPY
• Prescribed Monthly Working Hours: 168 hours (Hourly calculation: 1,125 JPY)

3 Employment Patterns for Specified Skilled Workers
① Graduates of culinary schools (same as new graduates): 231,450 JPY starting salary
② Part-time experience / Less than 3 years of cooking experience: 231,450 JPY ～ 280,000 JPY (minimum to maximum range for general cooking work)
③ 3+ years as a full-time cooking professional: 280,000 JPY ～
• Employees of various nationalities, including Vietnamese, Indonesians, and Mongolians, are actively working.

Company Housing
• Fully furnished apartments with home appliances are available.
• Rent ranges from 10,000 JPY to 27,000 JPY (Most are around 10,000 JPY).
• Rent varies depending on the assigned hotel.

② Part-time experience or less than 3 years cooking experience: general cooking 231,450 JPY to 280,000 JPY (minimum to maximum)
③ 3 years or more (as a full-time employee) working comprehensively as a cooking professional: from 280,000 JPY ～
★ Vietnamese, Indonesian, Mongolian, and other multinational employees are active.
