About this job
All tasks related to store operations
- Cooking tasks, food preparation, hall duties
- Sales management, ingredient management
- Store hygiene management
- Staff training, shift management
- Planning store management strategies
- Planning initiatives to increase store sales, etc.
You will be entrusted with a wide range of tasks related to store operations.
Depending on individual experience and ability, most cases become store managers within one to two years.
You will be active throughout Japan, and depending on your career path, we would also like to consider overseas assignments in the future.
Since we use ingredients pre-prepared at a central kitchen, no cooking experience is necessary.

Annual Salary System
■ Annual Income: ¥3,643,200 and above
■ Monthly Salary: ¥313,600 and above (Nationwide Transfer Required)
■ Global Allowance: ¥28,600 (Nationwide Transfer Required)
■ Incentives: Paid 4 times a year after 6 months of employment
Probation Period: 3 months (No change in salary during the probation period)

Sales Incentive System (4 times a year, applicable only to the sales department, excluding the Inaba Udon Group)
• Incentive amounts are determined based on quarterly store rankings.
• Rankings are calculated based on sales performance, cost, labor expenses, budget achievement, safety, hygiene, incident complaints, and management deficiencies.
• Incentive amounts vary by position, with a maximum annual incentive of ¥1,000,000.
