All tasks related to store operations - Cooking tasks, food preparation, hall duties - Sales management, ingredient management - Store hygiene management - Staff training, shift management - Planning store management strategies - Planning initiatives to increase store sales, etc. You will be entrusted with a wide range of tasks related to store operations. Depending on individual experience and ability, most cases become store managers within one to two years. You will be active throughout Japan, and depending on your career path, we would also like to consider overseas assignments in the future. Since we use ingredients pre-prepared at a central kitchen, no cooking experience is necessary.
