SalaryFull-time employee Monthly salary: 250,000 to 290,000 yen * Includes 0 to 19.70 hours of overtime * Determined based on experience and ability - Salary increase available every 3 months, depending on ability (based on quarterly evaluation results) - Bonus available twice a year (July and December) * The July bonus is based on performance from December to May, and the December bonus is based on performance from June to November, with a total of 1.4 months' salary paid twice a year (based on last year's results; this year depends on performance. Pro-rated amounts may apply depending on the time of joining and evaluation).
