Salary
- Employment Type: Full-time employee (no fixed contract period)
- Probation Period: 3 months (no change in conditions)
- Expected Monthly Salary: 300,000 yen
- Base Salary: 250,000 yen
- Fixed Overtime Pay: 50,000 yen (*Includes overtime pay for 23 hours per month + late-night premium for 23 hours per month. Excess hours paid separately)
- Expected Annual Income: 4.6 million yen
- Breakdown: Monthly salary 300,000 yen × 12 months + bonus 600,000 yen (2 months' worth) + average incentive 400,000 yen
- *Annual income of over 5 million yen possible after promotion to store manager
- Salary Increase & Bonus: Salary increase once a year (based on evaluation), bonus twice a year (paid in July and December)
- Commuting Allowance: Full payment (when using public transportation)
- Other Allowances: Cook qualification (5,000 yen/month), Food sanitation supervisor (1,000 yen/month)
