[Job Description]

For a seafood restaurant

You will be responsible for both dining area and kitchen duties according to the shift and store needs.

• Customer service and dining area duties: Guiding customers, taking orders, and serving dishes.
• Cooking and preparation duties: Cooking and preparing fresh seafood (you will use knives).
• Store management: Ordering ingredients and managing inventory.

For a Kandon restaurant

• Kitchen duties: Grilling meat on a mesh grill, heating sundubu tofu, arranging rice bowls, etc. All cooking processes are systematized and documented in manuals, so you can work with confidence.
• Dining area duties: Explaining the menu to customers, serving dishes, cleaning the restaurant, etc.
• Store management: Ordering ingredients and managing inventory.
