SalaryBasic salary: 230,000 yen Fixed overtime pay for 45 hours: 100,000 yen Total amount: 330,000 yen * Full payment for overtime beyond fixed hours Average monthly prescribed working hours: 173 hours Average monthly overtime hours: 5 to 15 hours Salary increase available (as needed), no bonuses or retirement benefits Full transportation expenses covered, free meals provided Approximate monthly public holidays: For months with 31 days: 10 days off plus 4 half-day shifts (morning or afternoon) For months with 30 days: 9 days off plus 4 half-day shifts (morning or afternoon) 117 days off annually, 8 to 10 days off per month 10 days of paid leave after 6 months of continuous employment (5 days mandatory, 5 days optional) Flexible working hours system, but if working on a holiday, it is treated as holiday work Allowances: Second position → 3,000 yen increase per month Noodle preparation → 5,000 yen increase per month Performance allowance: Basic salary increases by 1,000 yen every January Paid twice a year based on year-over-year performance; 2,000 yen for each month exceeding the previous year Example: If all months from January to June exceed the previous year, 2,000 yen × 6 months = 12,000 yen allowance If 12 consecutive months exceed the previous year, 2,000 yen × 12 months = 24,000 yen allowance After 3 years of continuous service, basic salary increases by 10,000 yen After 5 years of continuous service, basic salary increases by 30,000 yen
